I have been working out for 3 weeks. This week I lost 2 pounds, which was my goal. So far I have lost 6 pounds! My goal for next week is 1 pound. It's a lot of work to lose weight. I know to lose 1 pound this week I need to do all my workouts and not eat anything high in fat or calories.
One of my weight loss secrets is my indulgence in margaritas. Margarita is my favorite drink, and San Marcos has many $2 margarita locations. When I started the weight loss I did some research and found out one margarita can have 500 calories! At first I gave up on them, but I didn't like that solution. I did some research and found a calorie free margarita mix, Zilch. It makes delicious margaritas, you would never know the difference.
The mix is only sold in a couple stores in Austin, but one of them is close to my work. Lucky me.
So a few nights a week I have an after dinner guilt-free margarita, it is awesome.
