And the Teacher of the Year is.... MOM!!!
My mother in law has just been named Teacher of the Year at her school. Way to go!!
Several people nominated her and she works at a magnet school, so this is very prestigious.
She will be honored at a fancy gala on Friday where Emmit Smith is the other (and much less important) guest of honor.
I wonder if she will be giving a speech. I think its neat to get to have an "Academy Award" moment sometime in your life.
Congratulations Mom, you deserve it!!
